Apple powder has a very wide range of uses. Pancakes could be a great solution when you want to pamper your loved ones with some delicacy on Sunday mornings.
Take 2 eggs (in the vegan version, the eggs are replaced with linseeds soaked in water), and add 2 tbsp. sugar or 2 tbsp. agave syrup, 2 to 4 tbsp. apple powder (the more apple powder you add, the stronger the apple flavor will be), 500 g of milk or milk drink (almond, rice, soy), flour (wheat or gluten-free). All the ingredients are mixed and baked in a lightly greased pan.
Serve with fresh berries, cream, syrup, and jam, or sprinkle with strawberry or blackcurrant powder!
